Registration fees for the 2025 DDA Meeting are as follows:

Registration deadlines

  • Friday, 11 Apr: Regular Registration deadline
  • Monday, 12 May: All presenters and on-site participants must register by May 12nd. No Onsite Registration!
    ($10 Virtual Observer option will be available throughout the meeting.)

Cancellation policy

  • On or before 11 April 2025: No cancellation fee. 

  • Between 12 April 2025 and 12 May 2025: Registration refunded less the $50 processing fee. 

  • After 12 May 2025: No refunds will be granted. Registration fee cannot be credited to a future meeting.

  • Cancellations must be requested in writing. Please email reg-help@aas.org with your cancellation request.

  • Changes to registration format (between in person and virtual) are permitted by 11 April 2025.  After 11 April 2025, no changes to registration format. 

  • Registration is not transferable from one person to another, not even within the same institution. One person must cancel following the guidelines above, and the other person register online.
